Katrina Glasgow serves as a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO)* member on the Jamboree board. She currently works as a Resident Services Manager at Mercy Housing, where she manages operations of the Southern California Resident Services Department and spearheads community partnerships.

Katrina previously worked for Jamboree as an Operations Specialist, rising through the ranks to a Community Impact Manager. During her nine-year tenure, she developed, implemented, and evaluated after-school programs at more than nine Jamboree communities across California.

In total, Katrina brings to the board more than 20 years of comprehensive professional experience at organizations such as Illumination Foundation and Lestonnac Free Clinic, including supportive services, youth development, community building, and nonprofit operations with an emphasis in the affordable housing industry. She serves on the Young Professionals Board for The Raise Foundation, raising funds and awareness for this local nonprofit that’s dedicated to stopping the cycle of abuse through education, advocacy, community collaboration, and comprehensive services for families and children.

*Jamboree is a Community Housing Development Organization (“CHDO”) and has board members who meet the criteria to participate on the Jamboree board as its designated CHDO participants. A CHDO (pronounced cho’do) is a private nonprofit, community-based service organization whose primary purpose is to provide and develop decent, affordable housing for the community it serves and is eligible to receive funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s HOME program.
